What Merit Badges are being offered?

What time do the Merit Badge Classes start?
Unless otherwise posted, all Merit Badge Classes begin at 9:00 AM Hawaii Time / 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
How do I register for Merit Badge Classes?
Following your registration you will receive a Welcome email with your Access Code. This code is unique to you and is valid for up to6 classes being offered during Virtual Summer Camp June 15 - 26.
What if I cannot attend the morning Merit Badge classes, are the classes recorded?
We provide a live interactive Merit Badge experience in small class sizes. Also for Youth Protection we do not record our classes.
How do you handle Blue Cards?
If you successfully complete all the requirements and earn a merit badge we will email your Blue Card within 24-36 hours following your class. Although your Unit Leaders' signature is not required ahead of time, we recommend contacting your unit leader to let them know you are taking a merit badge class.
What if I miss a class or don't complete a requirement?
We are committed to supporting you until the successful completion of your Merit Badge. If you do not complete some requirements, you will have a partial and we will work with you until completion or your 18th birthday, whichever comes first.
Will I be able to complete all requirements during class?
It depends on the Merit Badge being offered. Requirements vary and certain Merit Badges will require further work on your part beyond the initial class to complete. There are some Merit Badges that can be successfully completed during class if the you come prepared.
How do I receive my ZOOM login class information?
You will receive your ZOOM login class link 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. It will be emailed to the email you used to registered.
Who do I contact if I have questions, need to change my class or did notreceive my ZOOM class link?
Please send an email to info@epicmeritbadges.com and explain your situation. One of our team members will respond promptly.
I missed my class, what do I do?
Don't panic. Send an email to info@epicmeritbadges.com. You may reschedule your Merit Badge Class at no additional cost. Just select the next class you want to take and include that info in your email. We will transfer your registration if space is available in that class.
Do I need to complete and turn in a workbook?
It is never required that you turn in a workbook to complete a Merit Badge. You may use a workbook to help support your process to learning and keep you organized.
Is there any prerequisites?
When you register you will be provided any prerequisites that you should complete prior to the class.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. We understand that life happens. If you need a refund, you may transfer to any other class being offered, including another merit badge at no cost. If that does not work we will provide you with a full refund prior to the start of your class.
What if I do not use all my 6 Merit Badge classes during Summer Camp?
We will honor any unused classes that you still want to take even after Summer Class. Send an email to info@epicmeritbadges.com and explain the situation. One of our team members will respond to you promptly.
Can Virtual Summer Camp count as Camping Nights?
